My 2 stars is for lack of communication. Monday there was an outage. Understandable. I do work from home so this posed an issue. I called the 24/7 help line and was told someone would call to let me know when it was resolved..no one called. Then yesterday morning I wake up again with no internet. These ladies in the front office make paying your bill simple just because of the kindness they show to their customers. I very much appreciated that! The building is absolutely beautiful compared to what it used to be!

We had a great experience with the installer and the company as a whole. Schedule wise, they under promised and over delivered. Would highly recommend.

Online tool told me their internet services were available to me so I filled out the form to get set up. After not hearing from them for a week I called and was told they are not offering services at my address. Very disappointed I will not be getting better internet, only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is the customer service representative was very nice and understanding.

Best customer service I have experienced in a long while, from the lady answering the phone and arranging installation of my new internet service to the installers were exemplary!!!!
