Before this we had Frontier. I think that's all I have to say and you know how horrible it was. Ligtel has been worth every penny. They are kind and helpful. They let me pay for the whole year. My internet has not went out once. We are going on our second year. I have online school, Disney, and online jobs at the same time. It has never even been slow. I have been waiting for weeks for them to come out and run my fiberoptic internet and when I called to ask about it the lady who took my call was VERY RUDE! I've been waiting over four weeks... Hopefully there internet is better than there customer service, well when I get the internet sometime hopefully this year.

Only have problems during really bad weather, and they are willing to work with you if you fall behind.

We had brightspeed internet by necessity for years, the service was constantly poor, and outages were common and sometimes lasted weeks! We were so happy when Ligtel offered fiber at our house. The speed is great, and we've had perfect service for months now! We could not be any happier with Ligtel, they're reliable and helpful.
