I started using Lignetics wood pellets for heating at the end of January and I started noticing that I was having to clean my burnpot more often and a shiny substance like creosote was forming behind the ash pan. I pulled the stove forward and the tee was full of ash, were as last summer when I cleaned out the chimney it wasn't this bad from all winter and the glass gets horribly dirty in short order. I am going to try and exchange these for the brand I was using before called easy heat which were less expensive also.
This guy's are awesome, professional and fast, in and out in 40 minutes with truck on dock ahead of me, scale on site if needed, not more required prior loading. Three cuteness on site.....

Not a great place to work! especially if you have young children. They have point system so even if you have a doctor's note you will still get a point. They constantly change shifts all the time. My husband put his blood, sweat and tears into this place. every time they asked him to work a night shift, or evening shift, we arranged our life to accommodate Lignetic's work schedule and they never appreciated him.
