Eric at Lightwear was able to find a hat and he sent it to me in the opposite corner of the country at a low cost and quickly. The new hat replaces the old hat that my stepfather had, and was very proud.. He recently passed away and the mechanism to light the hat had been removed by someone making it inoperable. Eric found the replacement hat and sent it to me and my mother, which will now serve as a fond remembrance of her husband, my stepfather.
