Great customer service, awesome product.
Very bad company. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. They only want to sell their product and service, and then they say they don't care about the customer. My problem is that I purchased Lightspeed POS in May 2025 and then bought the cash drawer and scanner from their store. They told me their hardware would help me set up my system, but after 15 days and several calls, they came to configure my system, but then told me the scanner wasn't compatible.
