Lightspeed Commerce Montreal is by far the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Their lack of communication and zero client service is appalling. Not only do they fail to keep customers informed, but they also try to rip you off at every turn. Here’s my story: I’ve been working with them, and they initially charged me $180 per month. Aucun service après vente, impossible de parler à quelqu’un pour nous aider à installer leur produits, pour finir à se rendre compte que leur plate forme n’est pas compatible avec nos équipements contrairement aux indications reçu au moment de la vente. Accepted a finance job at a subsidiary company owned by Lightspeed.. The woman assigned to train me had a baby the day I started and went on maternity leave for 2 months. I was simply never trained. When I asked my coworkers for help, they were quick to refer me to an internal wiki article that usually left me with more questions.
