I have been a user of Lightspeed for years. There are some plusses but beware that the support for anything complicated has gone massively downhill. Anything beyond the most basic question gets "sent to another team" and you never hear back. We have spent a ton of time and money trying to use their c-series ecom, and we can't ship because no one will respond to our support requests. Just super tired of how customers are treated.
