I had an experience in the Harmonic Egg that was super relaxing and left me feeling clear headed, calm and deeply rested. I am so grateful that the Harmonic Egg at LightPathways Wellness center crossed my path. I had been recently diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, an autoimmune disease that my Dr. Told me I would need to take medication (basically the rest of my life) to manage.
