I ordered some tail lights for my s2000 and they got delayed which is fine but I had to check up with them or get no update and even then it would take 2-3 emails to get a response. Eventually I had to email the manufacturer that they ordered from to find out that the manufacturer had discontinued the tail lights. So they clearly weren’t checking up on the order.
