Very good tax service been going here for years and I have never had a problem with Charlie.
Not a good experience. I went to him last year with no issues. This year the only difference was claiming a child that I have done for 14 years of his life every other year. He made it seem like I was asking him to do something wrong. I would have never thought that claiming a child would have been such an ordeal. He handed me my stuff and told me he would not help me. It was very confusing.
