Best place to get oil changed! The workers always do a great job!!
The service I received was for an oil change however I left with part of my truck hanging down because the technician did not properly tighten the turn screw on the undercarriage. This was visible by the individual who guided me out of the bay. I was fortunate to find this issue quickly and have it addressed at an auto shop near by.
Very disappointed in the team this evening. I pulled up before 5:30 and saw 3 team members inside the bay which all looked at me as I pulled up, but left the door down. The site states the store closes at 5:30 and another team member walked out and stated, “we closed at 5:30,” but it was not 5:30. He then said, “well let me go in and ask.” I said no never mind thank you anyways I’m just going to go somewhere else.
