Do not order from this place. We ordered a fixture online back in February. It is now almost 9 months later and we have not received it. They billed us immediately and so we are out the cost of the fixture. I have called multiple times and keep getting told that it is in the warehouse and will be sent next week. No communication other than the initial order confirmed email. Now their voicemail box is full and they are not returning calls.
I placed an order with Lighting Originals in June for a Craftmade CM-8W fan control. The payment was processed immediately, but the product never arrived. I reached out to their customer service multiple times by email. At first, I received a reply, but when I followed up to ask about the delivery status, they stopped responding altogether. Wish I’d read the online reviews before spending my time and money here. Unfortunately the reviews about never receiving products or refunds is proving true for me too. Now disputing the charge on my card and considering filing a police report. Not cool!
Avoid like the plague! Took 3 months for my light to arrive. After dozens of ignored calls, my light arrived and was incorrect. Was told they would help me get the new one, only to ghost me and let me down again. I’m an electrical contractor and have let down my customer by ordering from this company.
