Wish I’d read the online reviews before spending my time and money here. Unfortunately the reviews about never receiving products or refunds is proving true for me too. Now disputing the charge on my card and considering filing a police report. Not cool!
Avoid like the plague! Took 3 months for my light to arrive. After dozens of ignored calls, my light arrived and was incorrect. Was told they would help me get the new one, only to ghost me and let me down again. I’m an electrical contractor and have let down my customer by ordering from this company.
I have had much the same experience as others. I ordered a ceiling light on June 8 and my credit card was charged immediately but I was given no ETA or tracking info. Finally, June 20, I sent an email to inquire. I did at least get an immediate response, but they said that the light had not been in stock but it should ship that week. A week later, still no word about tracking so I reached out again. This time someone phoned me to say they had supply chain issues (blamed Trump/tariffs etc) and that the light would be shipped ... read more
I would give zero stars if I could. Do not order online from them. I ordered a light in November 2024 and it never arrived. I have called multiple times and tried to get a refund and they never do it. The person who answers the phone always tries to tell me that someone will call me back, and they never do or never issue the refund. Last time I called I made him stay on the phone until the refund was done. Very bad customer service. No tracking numbers, no reply to emails. Called multiple times. Ordered lights is May and 3 months later no items delivered. Read all reviews before you order. I read reviews after lights didn’t show and feel like a fool. Still have not received refund!!
