We chose this fan because we were looking for a fan to turn on by switch rather than a remote control. Super happy with it, no complaints, looks lovely in out bedroom, clean and bright!

Place two separate orders for lighting over a year ago and never received them. Made multiple attempts to get updates via email that were ignored. Several calls placed where I was told it was delayed, and then eventually told it would be a direct ship from the supplier, but still no lights. Meanwhile, because I needed multiples of the same light, I ordered more from another company and received them promptly with no issue.
