STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I never should have ordered from Lighting Originals. It's been four months and I still don't have my item. The website said that the product would ship in 3-7 days. The item is still on their website and is listed as an "in-stock" item. They are lying because they should have shipped it to me if it was available. They don't respond to emails. I bought a light from this company that has failed. I contacted the store and I have not had any help getting it repaired even though it is under warranty. They keep saying they are waiting for a part, it has been weeks. They do not answer emails and now don't answer the phone when I call. Do not buy from them.
Outstanding experience! Product arrived carefully wrapped and looked as described online. Beautiful quality, easy installation and usage instructions. Works like a dream. Best of all, the customer service rep, Kate, went above the call of duty in terms of keeping me posted of delivery date. We've now ordered four more of these outside lights. Next time, they'll be the first people I contact for my lighting needs.
Ordered lights almost a month ago and have not received my items let alone shipping info. The company is not responding to emails. This website is a scam.
