Purchased two chandeliers from this company totaling 15,000 . First we waited almost a year , after having to chase her down we finally received it. One of the chandeliers was the wrong size and missing half the crystals, so Marcia said she would replace it. A year and a half later still no chandelier, we went to the store in February of this year to pay an extra $2,300.00 for more crystals that she said were not included in the new chandelier . One of the worst buying experience. On the day of installation the electrician recommended by the store showed up with our 3 chandeliers. It was clear that he had never installed these type of chandeliers and 2 of the chandeliers were missing parts. I contacted the owner Marcia regarding this matter and I was ignored. I kept calling her and visiting the store to plead with her to rectify the problem. Again was ignored. Finally after 4 months she provided parts for one of the chandelier. We were very impressed with the selection available at the Lighting & Design Studio on Saturday 4/8/23.. With Marcia’s help, we selected three perfect chandlers for our villa. We purchased them on 4/8 and on Thursday 4/13, they were beautifully installed by her electrician, Carlos, and his team. We are missing some crystals. Marcia has them.
