I see why you have low ratings! One of the drivers tried to run me off the road and when I called to report all they did was keep me on hold and send me to the voicemail of the manager! Clearly they don’t care if one of there drivers runs red lights and doesn’t understand that the merge ramp has the right away! Horrible people

Today, a technician from the company came and replaced all of my faulty light bulbs. The house was built just over a year ago, and the lights were flickering every day. The worker was trying to talk me down on replacing ALL of the faulty light bulbs, but I knew the bulbs were no good, so I told him to replace them all. They're supposed to clean up after themselves; however, his guy didn't. He left my house without even telling me he was done. He left my home in a complete mess. I purchased a light fixture from lighting connection and realized it wouldn't be needed so I returned it completely unopened and in the box. The box was either damaged in shipping or at their warehouse but they're refusing to refund me. Would not trust.
