I found this place called them to see if they can help me and my family went over in person made it seem all good got our socials our birth certificates and our income and they said we didn’t qualify , and me and my husband went to try to get it redirected to a place that was willing to help us and the lady Michelle at the lighthouse said she was going to put in the file for the other program willing to help me and my family to not help us cause they all the same qualifications but it’s a lie because It’s all for just them t... read more

This agency helped me with my homelessness and that's all. Im senior, disabled, cannot work. This agency, put me in a hotel while I looked for housing. I was there 2 months without ever meeting my case manager. Then she finds an apartment for me. No help to move there, no help with anything except that. We'll I've been out of the community living on the edge of town, 6 years, I feel I was thrown out there with a sink or swim kind of feel.
