Aimee R was very responsive to my request to return the notebook and re-order the correct one. The return process was easy and convenient. Today (April 9, 2024), I called in asking about notebooks in A7 size which I couldn't find anywhere online. The customer service agent, Aimee, whom I had the pleasure of speaking with was very patient. Aimee not only answered all my questions but also provided suggestions on where else I should go to look for it. The product I was looking for had been discontinued. It was a pleasant and effective interaction.
