Overall poor service: 1 or 2 minutes per visit (only quick skimming). No pool wall or floor scrubbing (only tiny areas where algae was way obvious), no proper chemical tests or metrics, no liquid chlorine use, seldom skimmer cleaning/check, seldom pool filter cleaning, paver damage improperly using muriatic acid, etc. On the positive side, reliable and consistent visits, friendly & willing to accommodate visit hours; however what use are reliable visits, etc. if the service is poor.
OMG! Israel slashed my vinyl pool 3/18/23 when doing maintenance cleaning & refused to apologize then told me an option to remedy would be resurfacing and he had just the company to do it which was a longtime friend of his that supposedly has been doing this for 25+ years. After rebar, concrete & aggregate, the pool is a disaster. He is NOT licensed, so he has no clue what he's doing and constantly asks others for advice. He should NOT be resurfacing pools which isn't as easy as it sounds and quite involved. He created havoc... read more
