I put on a star because it is mandatory but they deserve 0 I came at 2 in the afternoon they told me to come back an hour later when I returned ring the bell and nobody attended and we could hear that they were inside terrible service 👎👎

Charlie was very helpful, super nice and fast! We needed to add my name to the deed, someone told me to do a quitclaim (spent a fortune doing it online). Charlie told me it was the wrong form and was so helpful to get us taken care of! Definitely use Charlie again.

Extremely rude face to face interaction. No clue how they are 5 stars. I was assisted elsewhere with very friendly service. This place is also very difficult to find as they only have white lettering on a window and no sign. It’s dark when you walk in and leaves you thinking there isn’t anyone there. As soon as I finally found it down an empty hallway in a sketchy building I was greeted with a rude woman who acted like I was bothering her. Never again and will never recommend. Multiple better options

That negative review was not a misleading review because I can back up that what she meant was the whole wide open floor was dimly lit. I waited outside of the hallway and could see the halloween decorations. We both chuckled at that and thought it was fun and funny. That is not what was part of the review but there was no sign inside directing to where your office was once inside which was the original point. My friend didn’t feel comfortable going in by herself since we did not originally see the white lettering on the win... read more
