I’ve been to this practice twice (once previously and again in 2026), and unfortunately had similar negative experiences both times. During my first visit, I was assigned a therapist in training. I expressed that I didn’t feel it was the right fit, but my concerns weren’t taken seriously and I was still expected to continue. Update: I want to add more context now that I’ve been able to find healing and improve my mental health on my own. If you’re struggling, I’m telling you straight up: this place will not make it better. I didn’t use any advice or tools from them but the trauma they caused still sits with me years later. Lighthouse has changed my life and is amazing. I’ve never talked to someone who cares so much and provides me the needed resources for my road to recovery. Never had an issue receiving a call back when requested and always able to set an appointment time that works for me.
