Super knowledgeable and helpful. 6/5 stars for customer service: Austin called me and delivered my fin to the Mukilteo ferry terminal after I forgot it at the store. Will be doing all my spearfishing shopping here from now on.
I used GPS and I never found it
Their staff attempted to order non-prescription lenses for an old dive mask of mine and unfortunately, they’re no longer available. They were prompt to refund the incorrect items and were very helpful in selecting a new mask.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. I got certified at another shop but I am glad I went here for my gear (went to the other shop because it was closer to home and where my friend went). The dude that owns the parrot was awesome. I went to 2 other dive shops asking questions on gear and chose not to buy from them because they didn't see like they knew a lot about the stuff they sold. I have gone to Lighthouse Diving Center for various bibs and bobs, and everyone who has helped me is generous with copious information about the underwater activity that i'm looking to engage in. All the diving supplies you need under one roof, well stocked and of high quality. I free-dive, but the SCUBA classes they offer are tempting at reasonable prices.
