I love my credit union.
Ever since NECU switched their brand to Lighthouse I've had awful experiences. I have been a longtime customer of an NECU and in the last year I have had more problems that I had in 8 years of being a customer at NECU. Terrible and incompetent phone customer service. Today I called for help with a simple question, if a mistaken double payment went through on my debit card or not. Terrible customer service, have been trying to register my new truck in the state of MA, and the RMV wants a copy of the loan agreement from Lighthouse, called them, was told its a 1 day turn around period and ill hear from someone the next day. Its now been almost 2 weeks. Was told they would email it to me and still havent received it. Have been calling the past 3 days now to see what the deal is.
