Sylvia Chipman did a great job as our counselor. She helped us to learn how to communicate honestly and to deal with conflict in healthy ways. We are grateful for her marriage coaching!
Poor/slow response from office staff at start. Watch out for the $150 missed appointment fee. We’ve never missed an appointment before this and given the circumstances for why we missed a one time courtesy would have been appreciated. Very little grace shown in this circumstance.
Tried reaching out multiple times regarding starting services. Once they couldn’t find paperwork so I was told to fill out the forms again, but then they found it. Afterwards I reached out to schedule services and no one got back with me. I’ve followed up numerous times prior to this point to no avail, so I will just keep looking elsewhere for help. Edit: The missing paperwork was filled out before you guys lost it. Keep blaming your customers.
Update: I decided to change my review to a 4. I know things didn't end well for my daughter the way I had hoped (she expressed discomfort with continuing); but I realized that it was harsh and unfair for me to base my entire rating off of just a few months worth of sessions when I know that her counselor really did try to help her, especially at the beginning.
