I have referred clients to Lighthouse and found this organization to be responsive, caring and beneficial. I continue to refer, with deep gratitude for their services.
As the insured whose benefits were used for services with this provider, I find the need to provide this review for transparency to the public. After my insured dependent had been receiving services with a provider at this practice for several months, they were notified by that provider that our health insurance was no longer allowing 60 minute sessions. Great counselors but the front desk staff is absolutely USELESS. They will cancel your appointments with little to no notice and will give away your dedicated appointment time without asking prior if you’d like to continue scheduling. Communication is lack luster between counselors and front desk admins, especially regarding counselors who also partake in their own scheduling.
Katrina was amazing and really helped my wife and I through our marriage troubles. Amazing counselor.
