Our agency specializes in Medicare Plans for seniors. Recently, the federal government required all companies selling Medicare Plans to record all conversations. Our phone system through Verizon could not record calls. We immediately had to buy devices to attach to our phones to record the calls. This option did not work. Tom & the rest of the staff at Lighthouse Communications were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when helping us set-up a new VoIP phone system for our office. They designed a system that was networked among 3 different locations. The phones work great and Tom & Pat made the installation simple for us.
