They did my taxes for 2 years. First year all went good no issues, 2nd year i moved from racine to kenosha. Light house accounting were to lazy to change that information. My w2 had my kenosha address and they filed i was still in racine. That threw a big red flag for the irs. I have been getting flagged every year since then and they audit me yearly because of their laziness. STAY AWAY FROM HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR YEARS!!!!! When i ask them what can I do, they said it wasn't their problem. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!
last year, I told them I needed to do back taxes. They told me I had to get bank statements to get the exact deposit amounts, the statements were sent to their office last year march. They never did anything with them. I kept calling kept emailing they kept telling me to get back to me, and she repeatedly kept telling me she would she would she would get back to me and then today she tells me they needed to be done last year in order to get the refund her neck legends she clearly let me know that I was not a priority whatsoe... read more
