Super nice staff! Helped me get a car after 7 other places turned me away. Got a much better interest rate with my bank after 12 months though because the interest was high. I definitely recommend Lighthouse.
Very unprofessional. Rude, disrespectful- all the staff. I've called got transfer after transfer. I cannot conduct business with this company any longer. Being bullied, talked down to and treated disrespectfully is not where I plan to keep my business. Do research. They aren't even accredited with the BBB but they claim to have an A+ rating. That is a lie. They treat you like you're stupid. The whole business is very unproductive, no timely replies. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in their hands.
