Our family was initially very pleased with LBA in Hackensack, where our child spent nearly three years — from just five months old until she turned three. While occasional issues did come up, we always felt confident that overall she was safe and well cared for. Even when there were minor problems, we were comfortable sending her in, knowing that concerns were addressed promptly — and having camera access also gave us a sense of security. If you’re looking for a school with great structure for your child, look elsewhere. The staff turnover rate here is very high, there’s always new faces. No support for teachers, whatsoever. Never any supplies available, etc. The office is also poorly ran. You call and instead of receiving a good attitude you’re met with rude tones. Look elsewhere if you’re looking for great care.

There has been a recent change in ownership that has completely changed our initial review and love for this center. The first 18 months of our child’s life, he was always greeted with love and smiles by his consistent teachers and owner. However, since the transition to new ownership, the school has been a revolving door of teachers and the standards of this facility have plummeted.
