I initially toured Lightbridge when I was pregnant looking for a daycare that I felt safe bringing my son to as a first time mom. Ms. Priscilla was so helpful and got us on the right track to start when I needed to go back to work. We left having a great feeling about it and after a few tours, we knew this was it. This Lightbridge Academy has been nothing but wonderful to my family. My infant has been attending and as a first time parent, leaving our child in someone else's care was a big step. The staff is absolutely amazing and extremely attentive. They have been nothing but welcoming and kind since day one. We are so grateful to have discovered this location and highly recommend to any family looking for quality childcare!
We loved the tour! Ms. Jess was attentive and very thorough in giving information about the young infant room.
Worst management I have ever seen, not co-operative. They only need money from you, We got overcharged for the month and when I asked them for refund we end up with heated conversation with Jessica and she simply decline to reimbursement, they always collect money through fundraiser. Few staff members are good taking care of child but the worst management specially Jessica was so rude. At the time of admission they will be nice but after that nobody cares who you are.. A very corporate feeling! Feels like my baby would be just another number. Staff didn’t even wave to us as we stood outside the classroom talking. So many kids in one class no way those babies are getting the attention they need at that age! I think they are always going to have a full house because they offer live cameras which is hard to find in the area. Although the place is clean it’s also very bland and the building or staff don’t seem very welcoming at all.
