I initially toured Lightbridge when I was pregnant looking for a daycare that I felt safe bringing my son to as a first time mom. Ms. Priscilla was so helpful and got us on the right track to start when I needed to go back to work. We left having a great feeling about it and after a few tours, we knew this was it. when i call i clearly explained looking for a 5 days full days for my kid. booked a tour mentioned about 5 days full day. went back home about to sign up and suddenly the assistant director comes on call and say oh we dont have full 5 days in 30mins they changed it. the person giving tour doesn't hav full information about what space they hav available either and now trying to push me into 2 full days and half 3 days. not happy you could hav clearly mentioned every thing first time we met or talked on phone.
