Staff ensured me that my child would get extra one on one time since he was new to the daycare. That did not happen, watched the cameras and he was crying hysterical infront of 4 teachers and no one did anything. Its very sad that the staff did not try to calm him down nor did anyone notify me that my child was crying for hours straight. If I wasn't watching the cameras I doubt they would have told me.
We can’t say enough good things about this daycare and the team that makes it so special. Both of our sons attended here—our youngest started at 6 months old and our oldest at 18 months. After experiences at two previous daycares, we were nervous about finding the right fit. Looking back, the waitlist was absolutely worth it. From day one, our children loved coming here. We’ve had a wonderful experience with Lightbridge Academy with all three of our boys. My boys are always happy at pick-up and genuinely excited to go in each morning, which says everything about how comfortable and engaged they feel in their classrooms. The teachers are incredibly helpful, caring, and supportive. They take the time to get to know each child and create a warm, positive environment. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my kids are in such good hands every day.
We have had a wonderful experience at Lightbridge! We specifically value the structure provided for the mobile infants; having a set daily schedule and maintaining high levels of consistency has been fantastic for our son's development.
