Disappointed and would not recommend. Staff showed little warmth or attentiveness, even when children were visibly upset or needed help. Basic care like bathroom assistance and emotional support was often overlooked. Communication from administration was slow, and any attempt at corrective action only came after multiple efforts on our part to explain the neglect our child experienced. My experience with Lightbridge Academy has been nothing short of exceptional. As parents, dropping off our daughter for the first time was nerve-wracking, but thanks to the incredible support and care provided by Miss Kate, the Director, and Miss Katie, the Assistant Director, we felt instantly at ease.
