I was disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a tour with this daycare over the phone and was never told there was an age restriction for enrollment. After rearranging my schedule and moving forward with the process, I was later told my child was too old and everything had to be canceled. I completely understand having policies and age requirements, but that information should be communicated upfront before scheduling families. Lightbridge Academy is the place to be in Champlin! We needed to remove our 5-year-old son from his previous daycare, which was an extremely stressful situation during his last year before entering kindergarten, but had to do what was best for him. As a parent of a child currently enrolled at this center, I truly can’t recommend it enough to prospective families. We’ve been here since the center opened, and the experience has been consistently positive. The values that this program demonstrates are refreshing and clearly reflected in the day to day care. As a first time childcare parent, this was a very difficult decision when it came to picking a place. The second I walked in, I felt at peace. The staff is great, place is brand new, price is monthly which is AMAZING to know exactly what you will pay each month! The thing that sold it for me though was the 24/7 camera access to watch my son while I'm at work! 10/10 recommend
