I have seen Sviatlana for gut-directed hypnotherapy to help with my Crohn's symptoms, and it has made a huge difference! Definitely recommend Sviatlana for hypnotherapy. For me it was gut-directed hypnotherapy/anxiety/IBS which I had struggled with for 10 years. I was expecting many sessions going forward but have been so fortunate to see massive changes in just 3 sessions with Sviatlana, she is very wholistic in her approach and so knowledgeable in all areas of health and how the brain works. I am so grateful to have found her and to start to get my life back now. She is amazing 🤩
