So far, so good - First LED treatment today, when I first went in to enquire, the staff were extremely helpful & informative, as a male, it was a little intimating, but I felt welcomed & comfortable. I'm looking forward to seeing the results :)
Amber is excellent at what she does. She took the time to ask all the right questions during the consultation, which showed she really wanted to understand my skin and get the best results. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy to trust. During the treatment, she explained everything clearly, was detailed but gentle, and you could tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. I felt like I was in very capable hands. Highly recommend
