With a name like "light speed" logistics, how can you guarantee your freight is going to arrive at it's destination safely?
Went bankrupt it seems as trucks have been seized. No one picking up calls. No pay either for months and giving late salary. Overall i would say they had a good run while it lasted. Top 100 in north america too.
Your driver needs proper training and a refresher on road rules. Transport trucks are not allowed to drive in the fast lane, yet he was still in the fast lane on the 401 and even had the audacity to honk back instead of acknowledging his fault. Please train your drivers and do better.
