While visiting my friend who lives in Vineyard, Utah we had massages at Light & Life Massage located upstairs in the Sleepy Ridge building. The suite decor is lovely and relaxing. The owner, Heather accommodated our request to have massages at the same time instead of one after another by calling in her colleague Judy. My sessions with Heather are a welcome respite from stress and pain. She is a gifted and talented therapist.
I scheduled 30 minute massages for my kids, ages 9 & 5. They had an awesome experience! Very professional setting. They had no trouble relaxing. They loved the mud treatment on their feet too! She also offered them a square of chocolate & water after, which sealed the deal & they will be asking for more in the future I’m certain.
