Fantastic experience, so thankful for the guidance we received in planning the lighting for our new home. Fran’s advice was spot on and we are so happy with the result. I fell in love with the acid wash lights on our first visit and knew I wanted to feature these, the result exceeded my expectations.
So amazingly helpful and understanding. we purchased the wrong fans and they sat in the corner for 6 months due to finding someone to install. Once we found they were the wrong ones Light Ideas organised a swap to the correct fan. great customer service
Fran and the staff at Light Ideas are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and the range is broad, current and expertly curated. Their advice and knowledge of brands and styles made renovating our kitchen and bathroom so much easier and Frans expert advice was spot on every time. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful locally owned business, they are a pleasure to work with.
We went in with all sorts of questions regarding exhaust fans, lighting over bathroom mirrors and kitchen benches etc.. The other couple of stores gave us general advice and some didn’t have knowledge of wiring/switches, but then we came across Francesca at this store.
