Not impressed. Very disappointed. $600 helmet and it’s just cheap as can be. The inside of the helmet is a joke. Styrofoam and cheap thin pads. I’m kicking myself for not getting the Ridell Speedflex like I did for my oldest son. This helmet is hard and rigid and uncomfortable. I tried it on. You can feel every little hit. Very little cushion. It’s light weight that’s it. Light and cheaply made.
These guys are on the cutting edge of helmet technology. Their core purpose of creating the safest equipment for contact sports is to be lauded.
