The Body & Soul Session with Nicole was nothing short of total bliss. This was exactly what I needed! Nicole was professional, compassionate, and is not only one of the best massage therapists I've ever come across, she is also one of the best healers I've ever encountered. I felt so safe and supported, and could literally feel my body and my spirit healing with every minute that passed. An incredibly nourishing, healing and restorative experience!
I had my first appointment with Nic at Light hearted massage last week ,it has taken me this long to write a review because I just don't have the words to describe how it left me feeling. UPDATE: yesterday (march 2025), I experienced a whole next level (literally) of serenity when I booked in and received Nic's new Body and Soul session. I went in feeling like I was shrouded in negative thoughts and feelings that has been really impacting my mental health and well-being.
