Great company. I just gave them information about my son and they handled the rest. The bed is also very high quality as well.
Updated review: I was hoping to post another review with better news about this company; however, it’s almost a month later and I have zero resolution. I don’t know that I’ve ever experienced an individual or company giving me the run around like KayserBetten. They have continued to ask me for photos/videos of the issues. I received a phone call last week and was told that someone would be calling me to set up a visit this week. I received no calls.
