This physio is warm and inviting. Really enjoyed my first session in which I felt like I was treated like a long time return client. I will be returning regularly following my first pain free day in over a year! Seriously grateful for the treatment I recieved.

Easy to book to start with. At the first visit I had been in pain for months, after some serious massage and easy to follow exercises I had my first pain free day. Follow up visits have further help alleviate other issues. Am a very happy client.

Dana was wonderful. He was supper helpful with my shoulder injury. With his treatment and guidance I was able to get back to my normal gym routine very quick.
