I just had an RMT session with Johnny Choy for a longstanding hip flexor injury, and it was a really positive experience and I experienced immediate relief from the pain. There was excellent discovery on the injury and then very effective treatment, and then a discussion on options for follow up. The philosophy seems to be holistic and aims to treat the root cause. Also, Trevor, the owner, is a volunteer coach for my daughter’s soccer team, and they’ve run some fitness and training sessions for the girls out of the clinic, w... read more

I’ve been seeing Daniel Sisson for Chiro and he’s really effective treating my neck, shoulder, lower back, hips, and lower leg issues from my scoliosis and sports injuries. He’s very knowledgeable and is very good at diagnosing the root cause as often the spot where my pain is has been caused by something else and the body is overcompensating. I highly recommend Dan to anyone!

Brought my son to see Henry to get help for hamstring pain. Doctors are still investigating the cause of it but Henry’s careful testing seemed to pinpoint a different cause from a muscle issue. He was very kind and gentle with my nervous son, proposed some reset positions, and to our surprise our son emerged saying “this is the least pain I’ve felt in a long time”. A great first experience with physio for him!

I have been working with Ryan for the past few months. I had severe lower back pain due to a disc bulge and I wanted to lower my pain. For that, Ryan suggested me some stretches that would provide me relief and that can be done at home. Doing the stretches have helped me lower my pain and now we are working on some core strengthening exercises. I appreciate that Ryan also makes a follow up exercise plan based on what was discussed in our session. I find the exercise plan immensely helpful as I can refer to it anytime. My exp... read more
