Writing what I think is my first Google review because Lift NYC was so excellent. Our movers were punctual, incredibly professional, and went the extra mile to make our move as stress free and seamless as possible - worth every penny!

Lift packed and stored our house contents and returned them to us water- damaged, moldy, broken and, in some cases, moth infested. It's now been three months and they have not provided any restitution - I have seen no evidence they even have insurance - nor have they repaired any of the damaged furniture or art. They showed no care in packing our items, and threw breakable items into huge boxes with no protection. Similar to some other reviewers, I had a positive experience with the move itself (the actual moving staff is great), but the storage was terrible. I had to reach out for nearly two weeks across call, email, voicemail to get through to someone to schedule the move out of storage, which resulted in us living without any furniture for weeks. The day of the move, they let us know that they would be 5 hours late and could only bring half of our stuff.
