Lift has been my go to float spot for years. Love the staff and the time in the tank has become sacred.
I knew this experience was going to be peak from the moment I walked in lol Hector was incredibly welcoming, super kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel totally at ease. He helped me customize the session to my preferences, which was a nice personal touch. My first float was amazing! David and Hector made the experience really comfortable and explained everything before the float. Once I got in, it took me a while to settle in but I completely lost track of time and fell into a really relaxing stream of conscious experience. The best part about it is how relaxed you feel afterwards, and there is a nice area to decompress with scented towels. 10/10 experience would have again! This is the place to float
