I loved my first float! Christian was so lovely and ensured I understood the process and protected my eyes and any cuts from getting burned with saltwater lol. I came after a hard workout (4hrs post to avoid heating the water) and before a big interview. I meditate pretty often, but this was a much easier way to get in the zone (or out of it). The first time I came to float, there was this dude leaving who I can only describe as “finance guy” talking about how float has been “life changing,” and I cannot begin to describe how much ick I felt.
