After working with my account executive Zach he appropriately addressed my concerns and relived me from my contract commitment. I think lift local had some things to address internally but after my discussion with Zach I feel they made the appropriate adjustments as well as made things right with my company. I am optimistic about the future. I do feel that this company may be a difficult option if you are a new agency but if you are a more established company I think this company would be a great fit for you.

10/29/24 Update: These folks are awesome at what they do. Generating positive Google business reviews on a regular "drip" basis. The rep I work with - Alyssa - is also great at staying on top of my account and keeping me up to date. If you haven't used them and want to improve your Google listing, give them a try! Excellent service and doing their job of helping my business generate positive google reviews. Not cheap, but they deliver. They have really helped be build a good, steady, strong bank of positive customer reviews
