Nancy, a boss?, claimed I owed Lyft $12 over a long period -a couple of years- for instances when I "didn't pay for my rides." I always pay for my rides. She managed to put me in the wrong because she said there was more than one instance of my so-called non-payment. WHY WASN'T I INFORMED OF THIS AT THE TIME OF EACH RIDE?? WHY WAS I TOLD 2 YEARS LATER??? BE SURE TO GET A DATED RECIEPT FOR EACH RIDE THEY GIVE YOU! Receipts DO matter. They're your only proof if they fling this sh-t at you years later out of left field.
