The Location of the Organization Is very Respectfully standoffish. Telephone calls take months to get answered regarding the Correct person to Connect with regarding a Referral. I realize that COVID 19 has caused Chaos and places to shut down , although very disorganized and prejudical and they are Carf accredited and still violate Federal Law 504.
