As a client of Lifeways Nutrition over the past few months, I am extremely please with Dominika. She has been an amazing; teaching me the correct way to keep a well balance diet. She is very knowledgeable, so wonderful to work with. Dominika explains everything in detail. She provides support and encouragement throughout my journey. Highly recommend Lifeways. Carolyn is very knowledgeable and meal plans were reasonably easy to follow. No hardcore diets where you can barely eat anything. They look at your entire well being, not just the meals. They are always there to answer any questions or concerns.
