Leslie really took the time to listen to my concerns and to understand my goals. She's a great personal trainer and also provides guidance on nutrition, with the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Everything she does is customized to the individual's goals and preferences. She's tough but reasonable and provides just the right level of accountability. Six stars!
