They have been giving me the run around to get my money back for 7 MONTHS now&I still haven't got my refund! Each time you contact them they change their story, first it's 3-4 weeks to get it then after 4 weeks I call they say 6-8 weeks, then after 8 weeks they say they had a system issue&it has to be reissued&still nothing. I have spoke to multiple supervisors who say they are working on it but yet no refund&they refuse to let you speak to the accounting/finance dept. My kids take pictures at school I paid for them an I only got one kid picture an that was two weeks ago now they tell me I have to wait 14days for them to send them out to I call them a week ago and still haven’t got pictures of my son so I had to call them today an the lady told me same thing the young lady told me last week but she said the lady never push it threw when I called the first time I so mad I will never let my kids take pictures with them again
Never received my daughter's school photos that I ordered. They also really just be hiring anybody to take these photos. They have no quality photographers anymore. If you're going to charge an arm and a leg for picture then at least focus on quality. Management of the company needs to take accountability. Otherwise, I see a lot of future pending lawsuits
