Horrible Service for a whole year!! – Customer service was bad throughout the year. I will warn anyone that uses this company. If they feel that they are not making enough money off of your account they will give you bad customer service so you will go to someone else next year. First we were supposed to have our school ID's in November and we didn't receive them until the end of April with one month of school left! On top of that, when we did get them, half of them had the complete wrong name on them. Those ID's are useless... read more
