Trying to order from their website is beyond frustrating. I don’t want to do it but I can’t pass up on my daughters school pictures, especially for her first year.
Terrible waited on hold for 16 minutes chat says 41 minutes and photos have not arrived in over 2 months, now won’t have them for Christmas, no discount offered or anything, hoping the photos actually arrive this time.
Thank you for letting my kid be silly for some of they're photos, these memories will bring us laughs for years.
