They don't know how to photograph coloured people. Don't go here.
Horrible customer service over the phone. I was calling about an issue I had with rebooking my grad photo appointment and the guy I talked to was extremely condescending and not at all helpful. I was then transferred to another line, however the call just cut out. I do not recommend calling their customer service team.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Beware that when one of your children misses picture day, your options are to either pay twice the price for photos or pay $10 to have one order shipped to your house (during a postal strike) while the other will still be sent to the school at no charge. Or just get retakes for both of them.
Absolutely awful. The photographers claimed to not have enough time to show graduates their most important photos then proceeded to sit in a chair on their phones for 20 minutes. They are awful photographers and every picture I have received from them have been thrown in the trash. Schools need a new company doing school photos. parents spend your money on better photographers.
