I contacted them after receiving my son's graduation photos, which were cut wrong and had visible white edges around them. When I explained the issue, they treated me like I was lying and told me to draw X's on the photos and email them — completely unprofessional. Terrible service as you must wait several days for a DIGITAL PHOTO be delivered by email! Their online chat has a poor service. What a joke and waste of time! "6-12 business days not including weekends for digital images to be sent to your email."

The packages are really absurd - who needs this many photos? I want 2 prints for the grandparents. I don't want 30 wallet sized prints. Your budget option is really really poor, again with these outdated wallet prints that no one uses. And the 'digital option', transfers the cost of printing to the parents, but that you still charge so much for a digital download of my own child is outrageous. Pretty shameful, and also totally out of touch with reality. The school boards can negotiate a better deal on behalf of their familie... read more

When they take pictures they darken them to make you pay more money. Such a fraud. No good quality pictures
