Terrible company. Poor customer service and the “chat” feature on their website is completely useless. Why bother having it? At least post a phone number or email.
Tried to call to speak to someone about my children's photos...I am having issues with my phone and was having a hard time communicating with the lady. She was very rude and impatient and said I was talking over her while she was trying to talk to me. No I was not. My phone was lagging. My first time having to deal with this and it was extremely stressful. Not sure I even want my children's pictures now. Thanks.
Deeply Disappointed - Parents Deserve Better Archiving Practices I am extremely disappointed with LifeTouch and their shocking policy of not keeping school photos archived beyond roughly 11.5 months from the date they were taken.
