I remember a time when this was a prideful job. Photographers cared about the work and how your child's photos came out. They touched up a students hair and straighten ot their clothes. They took their time to get the child comfortable and took extra care to get that great smile. I wish I could rate these ppl a zero. They are probably the least patient and compassionate photography company I’ve ever seen in my life. This is Blake she is 5 and has a disability. Here is a photo of her Kindergarten class picture of 2023. I purchased her picture package ahead of time excited to capture her Kindergarten memories; as that’s the reason parents purchase their children’s school pictures in the first place. All for these people to edit the photos and gladly deliver them to my child’s school, and send them home... read more

How on earth do I get to the actual Lawrence Bell phone number to make a retake appointment for my child? I have called the 633-4466 only to be re-routed to their national customer service. Then they tell me I have to go to JC Penneys for retakes if I don't want them at the school. I have been getting retakes at the Lawrence Bell drive location for many years with great results. I don't know why this is so difficult. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Spent around $65 in total on school photos. Her hair was straightened; however, humidity made it frizz. The photos looked RIDICULOUS. It'd actually be hilarious, if it didn't cost actual money. She *was* equipped with hair product, so a simple heads up from the photog would've sufficed. But why hand out favors when you can charge $19 for the "Premium Retouch"? Which I did purchase, to play it safe. Just an FYI, I do amateur level photo editing for various projects and even I know how easy a fix it would've been. Very basic s... read more
